Yay! just came back from M'sia, Batu Pahat. So saddd. Wished we could have spent more time there. It was really very fun! We stayed at a rented house for 3 days 2 nights, went on Monday. We attended the wedding dinner of my mummy's cousin!

First day:
We left really early from Singapore on monday morning, at abt 8 plus. We went as a BIG family. My granny, 1st uncle and wife+(daughters Angie and Jeanie, only maternal auntie and family (daughters Wei Ling and Wei Shan) and my family. My 2nd uncle and galfren joined us only on the 2nd day cos they had to tend to their shop. We had breakfast before setting off in a bus to Batu Pahat. Many other relatives went; had to find out how we were related later during the journey.. (: The trip there was quite boring, i sat with wei ling and we sucked sweets, listened to songs and played with soft toys (: Soon, we reached my mum's auntie's house after many winding of paths.. We settled in, arranged luggages, had our lunch. Everyone greeted their relatives, there was so many people! Then, me and Angie felt bored. She showed me her 'Yugioh' or wadeva cards and then Er shu (mum's cousin, much younger, our uncle) came to play poker cards with us. Weiling and Jeanie joined in and we played the game of guessing if the card value is bigger/smaller than the last card. The loser with the most cards had to squat/stand the number her cards add up to. So embarrassing... We kept losing but Er shu nvr lose one.): Then finally he lost, had to be punished and evryone clapped! So poor thing. Then we went shopping and walk walk. Bought sandals and soft toy doggie, ahh... so cute! We transfer our luggages over to the rented house and hopped back to mum's auntie's house. At night we ate fantastic dinner there. The aunties had pple set up a tent outside and blocked off all the roads. yay. After dinner cousins wanted play cards. At first i nvr join then later we went upstairs to room and i joined in (: We played with Er shu again; very exciting! Xiao shu (Er shu's younger bro) sat in massage armchair and reeeelaax. The game got more tense. And me and cousins in cahoots lar. Punishment we split and do together but Er shu did his forfeit by himself.. (: Went back to house late and slept soundly...

Second day: Tuesday was the BIG day. The WEDDING day. Aha. Er shu and Xiao shu and others went out early to fetch bride (: My family went out for breakfast at a newly opened shop. The 'dim sum' was very nice. We cousins sat at a round table from oldest to youngest. Played hand games (cai quan) and saw a pregnant cat. Later that morning, the bride arrived and the usual ceremonies were performed. The groom carried her into the house and the couple offered tea. We kids were given hongbaos (red packets) Took lots of photos as a BIG BIG family (:After lunch went sight-seeing. We visited a temple and bathed with well water we collected ourselves. There were 12 toilets, each representing one of the 12 animals. Mouse, Ox, Rabbit, Tiger, Dragon, Snake, Horse, Goat, Monkey, Rooster and Pig. I went into the Monkey cubicle and splashed myself with a bucket of well water. Gives luck (: All my aunties cousins did so and had fun! We saw 2 100-yr-old tortoises. They were really gigantic and lived a long life. We then went home and spent the whole afternoon away playing cards, chatting. Evening came fast, and we washed up and dressed in pretty girly clothes because we were attending the wedding (; Me and cousins queued up for my 2nd uncle's galfren to help us make-up (: Finally, evryone was dolled up and we happily boarded the bus to the hotel. When we arrived there, the place was nearly full. We sat down and the wedding couple walked in grandly, cut the cake and poured the wine. They drank by twining their arms together with wine glasses in their hands.We watched on and applaused loudly. The wedding was very special, like Karaoke. They played songs and anyone guests who wished to sing went on stage to grab the mike! So brave! A lil boy went up and sang the 1st 2 (Lao shu ai da mi, Xiao wei) Terribly cute voice! Haha. We ate our way thru the dinner and soon the wedding was completed. The adults shook hands, laughed and joked, the children chatted and giggled. Haha.. Went back home in the bus, cleaned off the make-up and slept.

Third day: Woke up really early and had porridge, egg and milo. Last day, quite gloomy. After breakfast we packed our belongings and sat in diff M'sia cars to our waiting point for the bus to bring us home to S'pore. Played palm-reading and hand games with Angie and Jeanie in the car haha. Reached there and stood around and played more hand games with wei ling and wei shan. Er shu and Xiao shu joined in. Xiao shu could use his palms and blow tunes! Cool! We couldn't. -____- All we produced were lots of saliva and vapour. Then we realised how much bigger Xiao shu's palm was compared to ours. =0 haha. We asked them to sit near us in the bus so we can play cards. But there wasn't a stable table so we watched the movie "Shen Hua" with Chen Long inside, while blowing big bubbles with bubble gums. (Pok!) Soon, we passed the customs and reached Singapore. It was really sad when we all had to part coz we seldom meet except for our own side of the family. SO all the uncles aunties, grand-uncles, aunties and their children,(ahh getting confused) left while my side of relatives had lunch together. Then we took taxi home. Such a wonderful excellent holiday! Beats staying at home evryday wasting time away.. Now we just have to wait till the next gathering (: Hope it's soon...

Wheee--- watched Zorro with Emelia on friday. Blog now abit late but nvm. (:

The movie was nice! Watched it after school at plaza sing'. We bought tidbits from the supermarket to cut cost. Like smugglers liddat. Emelia got scared when approaching the auntie to give our tickets. Ha. so we went to rearrange our bags to make sure she carn see the loots! After the smuggling, we sat at the wrong seats. X) told to move in lo. The show started-About a hero with a black cloth around his head. Real exciting. But when he removed his mask, me and emelia were like "Aw... not handsome one..." he's ok la actually. Think our expectations too high? (: Good taste ma. The guy has wrinkles but he became exceptionally pleasant looking as the show went on. haha. cos he seemed so brave! There were kissing scenes though.. parental guidance anyone?

I dropped my phone during the show. Groped around for it after the movie. Blah. emelia still found it first in the end. And she practically stuck her face onto the floor when retrieving it. HEE. all the dirt and grime.. must thank her lo.

Had english papers 1 and 2 today. Still okay la. Some compre about a fat FAt python in the caves and some heroic men wanting to capture it and so on.. but they too dumb. Hence, the snake escaped. ^^

Essay writing was not bad either but I think i'll get badd marks. Cos i wrote a story that has a predictable ending. Grandmother had a heart transplant, all was successful, went to airport to fetch her. Gave her back the pendant she entrusted me with.. All ended happily with us going home together, hand in hand... chee. Nice happie ending. (=

Ew, yesterday book review was badd. COmpleteLy forgot my tense and evrything.

Don't like to do presentation. So scary. Every pair of eyes staring at me. EEE. XD Went to moelc straight after school with chow yue. I dun like my french exam score. It was terrible. The teacher was like "Beatrice, what happened to your grammer section? You do well usually. Are u a nervous child by nature?" hee. Luckily previous tests pulled up my overall percentage. (= yea.

Time passes real fast. Seems as though yesterday was orientation day! And soon we'll be seniors. So sad. Does time have wings? Oops. Wings. I want to learn magic. I want to slow down the clocks.

*SObs* Had my french oral exam today. It was badd. I flopped. The teacher called me in and placed me in a chair before her. Oh dear, this is it, I thought. And i read the passage; it was all over in a minute. Pretty easy but I was TERRIBLE at the converstaion part. She was like a bullet train..? Shooting fluent french questions at me and moi, I was like "Huh?" I stared blankly at her. She repeated again and again and finally I caught the question. haiz, so "diu lian". I even mixed up genders by accident! When talking abt my mum, i said "HE is..." and she laughed at me. Hmph! Badd day...Can we reverse the clocks? i wanna re-do the oral.

Today is sat. hmm.. lots of hw. watched inuyasha movie in the morning! He was so cute! (He's a dog demon btw... for non-inu fans.) yesterday Haiyan gave Liyan a cute doggie soft toy for her birthdae! It was soo cuddly! I love soft toys :) In com lab, Ziyi, emelia, maddie and me took turns to hug it (treated it like a babyyy.) Oh man, Liyan was so worried that we would spoil it, looking at how we fought to hug it!XD After handing itback to her, i discoverd dog FUR all over my pinafore! Ew... The soft toy is shedding fur.. Com studs was fun. It's a slack-period to me. I'm not at all gd at HTML la. Awed by those who are sooo super dooper good at it! Wonder how I'll pull thru making my portfolio. =X And my math is not getting better. Algebra must have been my foe in my previous life? oops. im a catholic. carn believe in such things.

Dance test is on mondae and I've gone all rusty in my dance steps. Wad was it again? 1,2,3,4..New York...step, turn.. urghhh. Forget it. Wahh.
